In this article, we'll show how to see an overview of all your objectives. Individuals can create objectives for themselves, or a manager can create objectives for one or more members of their team.
See an overview of all your objectives
In Perform, select My objectives:
The My objectives area shows Active, Archived and Global objectives. An Overdue tab will appear after the due date has passed for an objective.
Active objectives may include objectives assigned by team managers, and those created by the employee. Employees cannot create Global objectives, but they are able to view all existing global objectives, and connect their own objectives to them.
