In this article, we've included a quick video tour for customer administrators to show them how to navigate around the platform. The video demonstrates the areas an Administrator can access, such as tracking user progress in the 'My Team' view, where to go to update user information, reset passwords, import new Users, and run reports. These are all important actions that an Administrator needs to perform, and understanding how to navigate around the platform is helpful to achieve this.

Refer to the section Manage your Users for more information about actions an Administrator is able to do, including:
- How to add Users to Learn
- Using the import template to add Users to Learn
- Reset a User's password
- Modify User details, such as changing their last name or where they prefer to be known by a different/variation of their first name, etc.
- Un-enable/re-enable Users, which may be necessary for anyone on an extended absence from the organisation or if they have left
