This page outlines a new piece of functionality which enables you to include a summary of learning within a review. This functionality is only available if you have both the Learn and Perform systems.
This functionality will bring learning and performance closer together than ever before, giving managers and employees clear insight into their learning completion when discussing their performance.
Enabling you to include a learning summary in a review template
You can now include a summary of learning into a review. To do this, go to the Template builder.
Within the Template builder you will see a new button on the right hand side of the screen within the Sections area. Selecting this will add a new section into the review which shows a summary of the learning for that individual.
Top tip: You can use the Preview function at the bottom of the template to get a feel for how this will look when the review is being completed.
What will the reviewee and reviewer see in the review?
By adding this new section, you will be including a summary of the reviewees learning position into the review.
This will show their current learning position. Both the reviewer and reviewee can expand out this view and look at the details of what has been recorded, what has been completed and what is still left to do.
We really welcome your feedback on our new development. Please do get in touch with us in the usual ways. Thanks.
