What's new
Updated Development Activities dataset
We've added the columns below to the Development Activities dataset to help you track why a team member has undertaken a particular development activity:
- Is for current role?
- Is for new role?
- Is for objective?
- Is for feedback received?
Leveraging these new columns in user-created reports enables you to dynamically slice and dice activities by specific reasons, providing deeper insight on how to better support the development of your team members.
These new columns are also available when extracting the Development Activities dataset to SFTP.
