In this article, we’ll show you how to copy a course so you can either create a new course based on an existing one or copy selected settings and assignments into an existing course.
The Copy Course feature saves time and ensures consistency by letting you duplicate course details - such as the course card, description, category, catalogue items, lessons, groups, users, administrators, and email templates - with just a few clicks.
This helps you:
- Save time by reusing existing course structures
- Maintain consistency across your training catalog
- Reduce setup errors and manual work
- Quickly customize content for different audiences
Whether you’re building a new version or updating an existing course, copying a course lets you work faster and more efficiently while keeping your learning programs consistent and accurate.
