Sapling - Finding Your Peers through the People Directory

Introduction

The People Directory offers key information about your peers (like Job Title, Email, Location, etc) and allows you to quickly navigate to their Sapling profile.

How to view People Directory

To view the People Directory, navigate to 'Company' > 'People Directory'. From there, you can use the filters to view people by Department, Location, Manager, or other filters.

From your results page, click on a person's name to view their Sapling profile.

What team members are featured in the People Directory?

Team members with the following Sapling Stages will appear on the directory:

• first_week
• first_month
• ramping_up
• offboarding
• registered
• last_month
• last_week

Team members with the following Stages will not appear on the directory:

• invited
• preboarding
• pre_start
• departed
• incomplete
• no_activity

 

Pro tips💡

• New hires will appear on the People Directory only once their start date has passed and their Sapling stage is based on the above-mentioned. 
• An inactive tab appears for admin users: team members must be inactive and departed to show up in the 'Inactive' tab under People Directory.
