Introduction
As an admin (or Super Admin), you will see actions that you can take for directly from the team member profile.
To view these actions, open any team member from Company > People Directory and open the "Actions" menu.

Actions available
- Resend Invite [active & inactive team members] - resends the employee an invitation to the Sapling platform
- Send Email [active & inactive team members] - sends an email to this employee, using any of your Outbox templates as a starting point
- Reset Password [active team members only] - sends the "Reset Password" email to the user
- Request Info [active team members only] - sends a request to the employee to enter/update information for one or multiple profile fields
- Start Offboarding [active team members only] - starts the offboarding event for the selected team member
- Start Rehire [inactive team members only] - starts the rehire onboarding event for the selected team member
- View As [active team members only] - previews Sapling, in read-only mode, from the selected team member's permission level (no edits are allowed in View As mode)
- Download Profile Data [active & inactive team members] - downloads the profile information for the employee in a CSV
- Delete Profile [active & inactive team members] - removes the user from your account and the platform. This is generally used for test or duplicate profiles. If someone is leaving the organization, you need to offboard the user, not delete their profile
Pro Tips:
When an employee needs access to Sapling before the start date, and they can't remember the password, it can be reset with the "Resend invite". Why? By using "Reset Password", an email notification will be sent to work email (and they might not have access to work email) whereas the invite email notification will be sent to personal email.
