We are really pleased to introduce further improvements to the feedback area of Perform. This new improvement enables unanswered feedback requests to be deleted. People can therefore tidy up their feedback page and ensure that only feedback given plus recent requests are shown.
Exciting news: There are lots more exciting developments coming soon on Perform. Please read on for more details. |
Deleting feedback – managers and users
Both users and managers can now delete unanswered feedback requests they have made. Only the person who requested the feedback can delete the feedback request. In addition, an administrator of Perform can also delete feedback.
If a user has requested feedback and this has not been responded to then the individual can delete this request. This can be done by selecting the trash icon.
Deleting feedback – Perform Admin
Perform administrators can delete feedback regardless of who originally requested the feedback. To do this, go to to View everybody from the right hand menu.
Either search or scroll down to the person you wish delete a feedback request for. Select See feedback.
The feedback request will be shown. You can select the trash icon to delete it.
What else is coming soon?
We are really pleased to be delivering further improvements over the next few months. These include:
- Allowing you to setup reviews that include a summary of development activities (in the same way that you can add in a summary of objectives).
- Allowing your users to switch between the Learn and Perform systems really easily from a new global menu. This is for customers with both Learn and Perform. (This is being rolled out in customer groups and we will contact you about this.)
- Allowing you to link learning to development activities. This is also for our customers with both the Learn and Perform systems.
