In this article we'll explain how to include Event comments in a Business Objects report.
When an Event is created, there is an option for administrators to include comments. The comments are visible to learners when booking an Event. 'Event comments' appears here, on the 'Details' page for an Event:
Add the 'Event Comments' object to a report
- Navigate to the Data provider
- Open the 'Events' folder, or use the search field:
If you wish to include this in your event reports then you can edit the report query and add the 'Event Comments' object to the result objects and run the report. You can then Click and drag it into your report.
