As standard Learn and Classic LMS are supplied with a set of standard reports that have been configured by our Reporting experts to help you get the information you need from the system.
You will find that if you put any of the standard reports into "Design" mode and edit it, that you are unable to save that copy, but have the option to "Save As" in one of the other folders. You can save this edited version either in your personal Favourites or in one of the public shared folders.
This ensures that the integrity of the standard reports is kept and that they can be used as a benchmark for the data you expect to see in a correctly configured report.
