In this article, we'll consider the 'All Users' report and its provided information.
This report tells you how many people are using Learn LMS and how many active and inactive Users are present. It helps when you talk about Learn with others, like knowing how many people use it or when calculating how many licenses are left to allocate. To discuss licenses, talk to your Kallidus Customer Experience Manager.
If you're looking for information for learning progress reporting or detailed Course and Lesson usage data, this report won't be the one to use. There are many more suitable standard reports for that purpose.
The 'All Users' tab
This tab shows all User roles and the number of Users with each role. Also a breakdown for the total number of enabled and unenabled Users and the top 10 users by lesson uses.
Use this to keep track of how many people have admin access, and who they are - a key step in making sure your Learn LMS stays neat and tidy.
See how many 'Not enabled Users' there are. A User is typically unenabled by the data feed when they leave. Not enabled Users will remain in Learn LMS, meaning that you can continue to report on their learning activity even after they have left. Unenabled Users do not count towards the total number of Users permitted by your Learn LMS licence.
The 'Top ten users by lesson uses helps you keep track of who has been the busiest in your Learn LMS.
The 'datasheet' tab
This tab includes the raw data that is used to inform the 'All users' tab. This shows the full detail and can be exported to XLS should you wish to manipulate the data outside of Learn.
Information in the datasheet includes, the number of Lesson uses, for all users - not just the top 10 that display on the 'All users' tab.
