Skills Integration in Development Activities
We’re excited to announce that skills functionality from Learn is now available in Perform. This enhancement allows users to record skills directly against their development activities - empowering individuals and their managers to track and grow skills collaboratively. View Perform - Create a development activity (personal goal) for a team member to find out more.
New Behaviour, Performance & Potential Questions in Review Forms
You can now deploy new question types focused on behaviour, performance, and potential within the review form. A dedicated report helps you visualise and interpret these data points - enabling deeper insights across your organisation. View Reporting - Performance, Potential and Behaviours report to find out more.
Email Toggles Now Available in Perform Settings
Our new Settings area gives you full control over Perform email notifications. You can now enable or disable emails without contacting support. This also gives you visibility into the full range of available emails, so you can tailor communications to suit your organisation’s needs. These new settings are available in the Settings area of Perform.
