Welcome to Kallidus Reporting & Analytics' May roundup! Let's review what we've released over the past month.
What's fixed
- We fixed an issue with extracting data to SFTP. Files were being sent to port 22 even when other ports were specified.
- We fixed an issue that was impacting the frequency of daily data refreshes.
What's new
Manage report visibility
We've now introduced the ability for editors to manage the visibility of reports to:
- Create private user-created reports
- Share access to fixed and user-created reports with specific team members
- Hide non-relevant reports from team members
This enables Editors (eg. LMS admins) to manage access to reports more granularly, and to simplify the reporting experience for Viewers (eg. Managers and Learners).

Report reminders to shared email addresses
Based on your feedback, we've improved scheduled report reminders so they can now be sent to shared email addresses. Previously, reminders could only be sent to users who exist in Manage Users, which meant shared email addresses had to be added there as a "user".
With this latest release, multiple shared emailed addresses can be entered as recipients directly within the reminder setup.

We'll invite you to take part in testing new features and developments - anything from a two-minute click-test right through to a more detailed conversation. There's no obligation to take part when asked, and you can request to be taken off the list anytime.
We also run regular coLABorate live events in The Academy. They're a great chance to meet other customers and join a wider discussion about new and planned features. Search CoLABorate in the Academy to see what's up next.
