Here's what's new and what's fixed in the 20th February 2025 release:
What's fixed
- Improvement to accreditation due date display for managers - the due date displayed will now be the date on which the accreditation expires, instead of the initial deadline of the course
- Removed broken reporting links for customers with PowerBI enabled
- Resolved issue where accreditations were not including disabled lessons when the course was completed, so the course never moved into done
What's new
- CPD views - group configuration
- 'Delete course' and 'remove a course assignment' wording changes
- Updated text on the Learner dashboard to make it clearer that there are optional or mandatory courses left to do
CPD views - group configuration
Last year, we introduced configurable Learner and Manager views for CPD, allowing them to be turned on or off for all users. We’ve now enhanced this functionality, enabling you to grant access to these views for specific groups or individuals. Additionally, a dedicated CPD settings page has been introduced to simplify permission management.

Delete course and remove a course assignment wording changes
Based on customer feedback, we've updated the button labels for deleting a course and removing a user from an enrolled course. This change helps prevent accidental course deletions when the intention is only to remove a user's enrolment.
Location | Old wording | New wording |
Courses > Course > Select a course | Delete |
Permanently delete course. You will also be asked to type the word DELETE as secondary confirmation |
Users > User > Select a user > Course: Enrolled > Edit | Delete | Remove course assignment |
Learner dashboard text update
The text on the Learner dashboard was updated to say "optional and mandatory courses left to do". When a user clicks through it goes to mandatory courses first, this is to signpost Learners that the number of courses you've got displayed also includes optional courses that the Learner has chosen to do.
