In this article, we'll show how to use the Learning progress report to understand learning progress for a specific Lesson. We'll also signpost resources to export, save, and share results with colleagues.
Note that by default, the Learning Progress report is pre-set to include mandatory Course assignments only. View this article to see how to switch to view optional assignments.
See learning progress for a specific Lesson
For this example, the Lesson we're interested in 'Mental health at work eLearning'. This Lesson is part of the 'Mental Health and resilience at work' Course.
- Open the Learning progress report
- Find the Course title filter

Select the filter to open the properties:

Select the Course of which the Lesson is part. Use the search option if required. Note that this filter will be applied to all pages:

Select Lesson-level detail:

A table visual will be displayed. The table will include one row per Lesson, per User enrolled on the Course. Select the edge of the table visual. This will give access to apply further filters to the visual, including all the data items in the table:

Scroll or search to find the Lesson title filter:
- Enter the name of the Lesson (for this example, that's 'Mental health at work eLearning'). The table will be filtered to include only the selected Lesson.
For this example, we can see 4 Users have completed the Lesson, 2 Users have not completed the Lesson. Further filters could be applied here to include only the compliant/not compliant Users:
Export, save, and share the results
Now you have the results, what next?
- Save and share a report view
- Organise report views into groups
- Export a table visual straight to Excel
To print the screen straight to PDF, select CNTRL+P. Alternatively, use a snipping tool to grab a specific area.
