In this article, we'll show how with just a few clicks you can see when a specific User completed a Course.
To answer this question, we'll use the Learning progress report. Note that by default, the Learning Progress report is pre-set to include mandatory Course assignments only. View this article to see how to switch to view optional assignments.
Find out when a User completed a Course
- Open the Learning progress report
- Find the Course title filter
- Select the filter to open the properties
- Select the Course. Use the search option if required:
- Find the Name filter

- Select the User. Use the search option if required:
- In the 'Course assignment' panel, select View:
The resulting table is filtered to show one Course, and one User. The Course completed date for your selected User is shown in the table. Also visible is 'Next repeat training date' and 'Future event booking date and time - both useful to understand if the training is about to repeat, and if the User has already booked a place on an Event (if relevant to the Course):
