Here's what's new in the 29th August 2024 release:
What's fixed
- The recently deprecated email notification for competency checks 'UserWithoutaManager' was still showing as an option in the email templates - this has now been resolved
- Improvements to email notifications for competency checks
- Welsh language pack improvements
- Resolved issues with events on the HTML version of training record report
- Resolved course upload issues with UGC content (stuck processing)
- When using checkbox option to remove all members from a group before applying a rule, this will no longer remove users that have the Group set as Primary Group
What's new
Learner CPD summary
As part of our ongoing improvements to our CPD capability (Continuous Professional Development), Learners can now get a CPD tab in their 'My courses' section in Learn:
View CPD summary for learners for more information, including how to switch on/off the dashboard
Update to accreditations (when assigned directly to an individual User)
When assigning an accreditation to an individual directly rather than part of a Group, this will now show under Accreditations and Courses I have to do. Previously, if the accreditation was assigned directly, it did not show under accreditations; it only showed under Courses I have to do.
This update will resolve any confusion, and no matter how it is assigned it will show in both accreditations and courses I have to do.
View Repeat training with Accreditations 101 for the full picture of repeat training.

We'll invite you to take part in testing new features and developments - anything from a two-minute click-test right through to a more detailed conversation. There's no obligation to take part when asked, and you can request to be taken off the list anytime.
We also run regular coLABorate live events in The Academy. They're a great chance to meet other customers and join a wider discussion about new and planned features. Search CoLABorate in the Academy to see what's up next.
