Automation improvements for the content recommender to update daily
AI-powered Course Recommendations are now updated more frequently. Updates will now take place every day at @18:00 GMT.
Change in email notification text when a Competency check has multiple 'checkers'
Previously, Competency Checks could be signed off by a User manager only. Now, it is possible for multiple individuals to sign-off a Competency Check.
We have now updated the email notification sent to learners when the check is due. The new wording is "Please go to your competency check for details."
We have also deprecated the email notification for where there is no manager assigned, as this new notification covers the same scenario. This deprecated email wording was "Competency check to do - {course name}"
A search option was added to the 'My Team' to find team members by role or name
We have introduced a search panel on the Team summary page to help managers quickly find direct reports by name or role:
Ability to delegate a competency check to a group administrator
When creating or editing a Competency check, it is now possible to add Group administrators as 'checkers'. Checkers can now be any combination of: line manager, Course Tutor members of a specfied Group, Group Administrators for a specified Group:
Add comments and attachments to a competency check
When completing a competency check the checker can now add comments or an attachment. Supported file types are .pdf .jpg .bmp .doc and .docx
In the coming week, we will also release the ability for managers to see any Competency checks on the existing individual view page. This will show the most recent comments and download the latest attachment if uploaded.
