The Support team
The Kallidus Support team is here to help with any questions or issues you might have with Kallidus products. Your organisation is assigned one of our expert team members as your primary contact. They'll get to know you and your business, so they can quickly address your questions.

Your Customer Experience Manager
Your Customer Experience Manager (CEM) looks after your relationship with Kallidus. They'll meet with you regularly. If you're not sure who your CEM is, reach out to the Support team and we'll get you in contact.
The Customer Success team
Our experienced Customer Success team is here to support you and your organistation in achieving your goals. We'll work with you to anticipate your challenges, and provide solutions that ensure you deliver success to your organisation.
We will welcome you onboard when you join Kallidus, attend account calls, and offer periodic health checks to ensure you are using the system efficiently. We act as your voice with our product teams and develop your confidence and competence by working closely with our Customer Education team.
The Education team
Our Education team is on hand to help you deepen your knowledge of Kallidus products, whether through quick answers in the Knowledgebase or deeper learning in The Academy.
