In this article, we'll show how to give another User - this will most likely be another LMS administrator - access to the Manage Users tab: In the Manage Users tab you can:
- Add a one-off User
- Add multiple Users by bulk import
- Change a Users password
- Unenable/enable a User profile
- Give access to reporting and analytics with Power BI
Steps to give access to the Manage Users tab
- Browse to Manage Users:
- Search for the User
- Select Actions:
- Select Edit
- Scroll to find the Roles panel
- Toggle on Manage users. This gives this person access to the manage users section:
