Identity update 14th June 2024: Apply column sort in the User list, improvements to User login journey

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback via your CEM, Airfocus, or our recent survey. In response to your feedback we have two new enhancements to share:

• Column sort now available in the User list
• Change the 'Username/email' label on the login page

Column sort now available in the User list

Columns in the Manage Users area can now be sorted - making it easier to find the user you're looking for. The default sort order is by username:

Text on the login page can now be configured to match the log in options available at your organisation, ensuring a smoother login experience for your people. By default, the label is 'Email or Username':

This can now be changed to one of:

• Email
• Username
• Email or Username 

To make the change, browse to Manage Users / Settings
