Perform - View, share, and request feedback for a team member

Constructive feedback is crucial for personal development, and a key feature of Perform. In this article, we'll show how to view the feedback a team member has received and request feedback about them from anyone in the organisation at any time. 

We'll cover how to:

Steps to view a team member's feedback

  1. In Perform, browse to My Team:
  2. Select See feedback for a team member:PERFORM_MyTeam_SeeFeedback.png
  3. You can click on feedback to expand in to a larger view and read more

    All feedback received will be listed with the most recent first. Outstanding requests for feedback will also be listed with the most recent first. 

Steps to request feedback for a team member

  1. In Perform, browse to My Team:
  2. Select See feedback for a team member:PERFORM_MyTeam_SeeFeedback.png
  3. Select Get feedback
  4. Type the name of the person you'd like to ask for feedback about your team member. Perform will find a match:PERFORM_CHooseFeedbackPerson.png
  5. Change the message to suit the requirements. For example, you may be asking for broad feedback, or feedback related to a specific project or activity. Encourage the feedback provider to be specific, constructive, and professional
  6. Select Get feedback. The recipient will instantly receive a notification to let them know

Steps to share feedback with a team member

  1. In Perform, browse to My Team:
  2. Select See feedback for a team member:PERFORM_MyTeam_SeeFeedback.png
  3. Select Give feedbackPERFORM_CHooseFeedbackPerson.png
  4. Add your feedback. Be specific, constructive, and professional
  5. Select Give feedback. The recipient will instantly receive a notification to let them know
