Learn update 24.08.2023

We have updated Learn with the following improvements/fixes:

• We have improved the 'Send me new dates' functionality so if a learner is already on the notification list then they cannot select to be put on the list again.

• We have fixed an issue where new branding updates could be not be published.

• We have made further improvements to the content upload area of the system to improve stability and processing speed.

• We have fixed an issue where events could not be created in the Cairo time zone.

• We have fixed an issue where the default language was set to non GB but the eLearning page was still showing GB by default.
