Introduction
When offboarding an Admin or Super Admin in Sapling, a few additional steps are required than offboarding an existing team member. This checklist helps to ensure that any Sapling activities currently assigned to the individual are re-assigned.
**Note that individuals who are not Admin or Super Admin may have been assigned any of the following, so if offboarding folks, who have access to these parts of Sapling, review the following checklist to ensure a seamless transition.

Reports - Is the individual currently a sole recipient of a scheduled report?

Documents - Is the individual currently a co-signer of a document?
**Note: Changing the co-signer will not change the co-signer for documents that have already been assigned, so, please ensure the individual co-signs any outstanding documents prior to departure. If they have already departed, reach out to Support Team at help@kallidus.com to re-assign documents that have already been assigned to a new hire.

Profile Setup - Is the individual an approver for any profile fields or job details tables?
**Note: Changing the approver will not change the approver for change requests already made, so, ensure the individual approves any outstanding change requests prior to departure. If they have already departed, reach out to Support Team at help@kallidus.com to re-assign any change requests that have already been assigned to a new hire.

Outbox - Templates/Notifications - Is the individual selected as a “Reply to Email” for any email templates? Also check if the individual is listed as a cc on any People, Tasks, and Documents or Team Insights Notifications?

Platform - Is the individual signed on any Welcome Message or Preboarding Complete Note?

Workflows - Are the workflows/tasks reassigned during the offboarding flow?
- Integrations - Did the individual set up any integrations/webhooks?
