Coach and develop at the right time with team member updates sent directly from Sapling.
Sapling can sync new hire data with your Kallidus Perform account, saving your HR, and People Operations team time from manual data entry and removing the risk of errors.
With the Kallidus Perform Integration, Sapling will:
Create Users: When a user completes their Sapling profile, they will automatically be created in Perform.
Update User Attributes: When a user attribute is changed in Sapling, the corresponding user profile in Perform will automatically be updated.
Deactivate Users: When a user is offboarded in Sapling, the corresponding user in Perform will automatically be disabled.
