In this article, we'll show how a single learner can be booked onto multiple Events simultaneously, with just a few clicks. The learner can be added to the waiting list or booked straight onto one or more Events.

Steps to book a single User onto multiple Events
- Navigate to Administration Home and select User:
- Select the name of a learner from the list, to open their profile
- Select ‘Book Event’ from the User Administration menu. All future Events will be listed alphabetically. The list may contain many Events, in which case use the options at the top of the page to Filter by date, Course, Lesson Category and Location:
- Select the checkbox to add the learner to the waitlist or as a confirmed booking for multiple Events
- Scroll to the end of the page and click ‘Submit’. Learn will summarise the bookings made for the learner. Look for the 'Booked' status for all the Events. If it has not been possible to book onto specific Events, navigate to the Event and book a place separately:
