In this article, we'll show to print an up-to-date register of attendees for an Event. The register also includes a space for attendees to sign, which can then provide a useful proof of attendance if required in the future.
The attendee list can be exported either to CSV (a good option if you'd like to copy and paste attendee details into an Event register), or to HTML (Save/print to PDF and email straight to the trainer).
Watch the video below to see how:
Steps to print a register of attendees
- Navigate to an existing Event in Learn
- Select 'Report' from the Event Administration menu:
- Choose the output option (HTML or CSV)
- Select the ‘Event register’ report. CSV files will be instantly downloaded. HTML files will pop up on screen straight away.
Share the register
To share an HTML register, right-click and select Print. The HTML file can then be printed in PDF format and shared with stakeholders. For example, a trainer running the event.
If you have a standard format for an event register - perhaps a branded Word document - output to CSV and copy the attendee names into the document.
