Constructive feedback is crucial for personal development, and a key feature of Perform. In this article, we'll show how to share feedback with a colleague, and request feedback from anyone in the organisation, any time.

A few things to know about feedback:
- Managers and senior managers can see all the feedback you receive
- Unanswered feedback requests can be deleted
- Managers can request feedback for members of their team
Steps to view your feedback
- In Perform, browse to My feedback:

You can click on feedback to expand in to a larger view and read more
All feedback received will be listed with the most recent first. Outstanding requests for feedback will also be listed with the most recent first.
Steps to request feedback
- In Perform, browse to My feedback
- Select Get feedback:
- Type the name of the person you'd like to share feedback with. Perform will find a match
- Select the name:
- Change the message to suit the requirements. For example, you may be asking for broad feedback, or feedback related to a specific project or activity, to take into a review
- Select Get feedback. The request is delivered instantly. The recipient will receive a notification to let them know

- Select Give feedback:
- Type the name of the person you'd like to share feedback with. Perform will find a match
- Select the name:
- Add the feedback you'd like to share. Be specific, constructive, and professional
- Select Give feedback. The feedback is delivered instantly. The recipient will receive a notification to let them know
