When sending email templates it is possible to use links to external content, e.g. your careers website.
Adding links to email templates
When sending an email, select the text you want to link up with your cursor, then click the chain icon.
Enter the link you want to send candidates to in the URL box. The "Text to display" should already be populated if you selected it as per the instruction above. Other options here aren't required, so just click 'Save' and your link will be inserted into the body of the email.
