Once an Email Template has a Delay set up and you send an email, you may want to check that the email has been delayed.
This can be checked on the Candidates Timeline. There will be an entry which shows the 'Email Sent' header. If you click more here, the Status will show as 'Pending'. This means that the Email is waiting for it's delay period to end before sending.
