In this article, we’ll share a resource designed to help you and your team assess, upskill, and maintain your knowledge of Learn LMS. You might recognise this as a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
The TNA template attached to this article outlines all key system areas, broken down by topic.
For each topic, there's a column in which you can rate your current level of confidence with the feature/functionality. In each case, we’ve signposted resources to help you get started, explore, and deepen your understanding of the topic.
How to use the TNA (Training needs analysis)
Download and save the TNA where you can find it easily. Then, follow the steps below.
Rate your confidence for features and functionality
Use the 'Rate' column to assess your confidence level in each area. You can use "low" or "high" as a simple scale, but feel free to adapt it to your needs.
For example, you might add N/A for any system areas that you don't plan to use. Or you may choose to duplicate the 'rate' column for each member of your team. This would help identify areas where team members can share knowledge and upskill each other.
Explore the recommended resources
For each topic, we've highlighted the best resource to help you get started, along with related and deeper learning. Explore the learning, and of course, share feedback with the education team, either through the evaluation forms in The Academy or by email at education@kallidus.com. We would love to hear what content you've found useful, and where we can make improvements.
Reassess over time
A TNA is an ongoing exercise. Your knowledge requirements will change, and we'll update the TNA as new functionality and learning materials become available, so we recommend repeating the exercise at a later point.
For example, you may choose to revisit the TNA document every few months to track progress and explore newly released features.

After that, you're ready to dive into the details of key features and functions with Become a Pro: Learn. Throughout both courses, we've added insights into best practices, practical tips, and expert recommendations to help you navigate Learn with confidence.
