In this article, we’ll explore the Manager view in Learn LMS and show how it equips managers with the information they need to take ownership of their team’s learning, track progress, support development, and ensure compliance.
We'll show how managers can:
- Monitor team learning progress and compliance
- Celebrate progress and achievements
- Book and manage instructor-led training for team members
Monitor team learning progress and compliance
The platform supports proactive compliance management by enabling managers to:
- Monitor mandatory training completion across the team
- Identify overdue or at-risk learning
- Send ad-hoc reminders to individuals or the whole team
- Access detailed breakdowns of learner status to support follow-up actions
Celebrate progress and achievements
Beyond compliance, the platform enables managers to encourage engagement and recognise progress:
- View Top Learners based on activity over the last 3, 6, and 12 months
- Send recognition (“Kudos”) messages using customisable templates
- View learning completed outside of Learn LMS
Book and manage instructor-led training for team members
Managers can quickly identify when team members need to book a place on an Event or when scheduling conflicts arise, and take immediate action to resolve them. This is particularly useful where learners may not have regular access to a device to manage their own training.
Managers can:
- Quickly book or cancel Events as priorities change
- Align learning directly to individual performance needs and goals
- Keeps training visible and development ongoing - helps managers maintain continuous development conversations
