In this article, we’ll show you how to enable/disable Single Logout for your Users across Kallidus products. Note that Single Logout is switched ON by default.
With Single Logout enabled, when a User logs out of Kallidus, they are automatically logged out of all applications sharing the same single sign-on (SSO) session. This enhances security by reducing the risk of unattended sessions in other applications. It streamlines workflows for administrators and Users alike, ensuring seamless session management.

- Regulatory Compliance: Supports adherence to data protection laws and industry standards, especially in regulated sectors like healthcare and finance
- Device sharing safety: Minimises risks on shared or public devices by closing all sessions at once
- Session Management: This streamlines the handling of active sessions, which is crucial during role transitions, employee exits, or security incidents
