In this article we will outline how to apply your brand to the User login page (for sites using the latest of the identity server). View Which identity provider does my site use? to see if this applies to your site.
The login page is accessible to any user logging in with a username and password. The branding will be visible to all Users choosing between Single Sign-On (SSO) or username and password for login. The selected branding will also appear on the forgotten password page and the "logged out" page.
Steps to set the branding for the login page
- Browse to Manage Users:
- Select Branding:
- Select Suite branding
- In the desktop logo section, select Change file and upload a desktop logo (250px x 80px):
- In the mobile-friendly logo section, select Change file and upload a Mobile-friendly logo. (64px x 64px)
- Select Colours from the branding options menu:

Choose the colour. Use the colour picker (including the option to select an RGB colour value), or select using a hex code:
- Select Save and apply to keep the changes
To check the changes, log out of the site, and visit the login page.
