Thank you to all those customers who have given feedback via your CEM, via Airfocus or via our recent survey. We have collated this feedback and started making some improvements, the first two are covered here, with more to follow.

- The default view of Users is now 'enabled' Users only
The option to send Users a 'password reset email' so they can reset their own password
It's now possible to trigger a password reset email for a User (in addition to manually resetting a Users password for them). The 'Send password reset email' option will appear only if the User has an email address:

The default view of Users is now 'enabled' Users only
Based on your feedback, the default view is now enabled Users only. It's still possible to switch the view to see All Users, or unenabled Users:
