In this article, I'll walk you through turning off a Working Pattern and explain the effects of doing so.
Background
If you no longer want to use a Working Pattern or assign it to new employees, toggle the status to off, and this will no longer show in the list when assigning a Working Pattern to new employees. You can quickly sort to see all Working Patterns toggled off or on.
Please note that Working Patterns that are toggled "off" but have already been assigned will remain valid for employees until they are assigned a new Working Pattern.
How to turn off a Working Pattern:
- Go to Administration Tools
- Select Working Patterns
- You will now see a list of existing Working Patterns, which you can toggle off
