In this article, we'll show how a User that requires access to the User/ Hiring Manager portal in Recruit can self-register. Self-registration is enabled by default, if you would not like Users to self-register you can request to have this turned off .
Self-registration will save Administrators from manually adding new Users via the Backoffice. Instead, a link can be shared with the User to self-register directly.
Note: If you have our Sapling product then you should always add your users in Sapling first. Please do not follow these instructions if this is the case.
Steps to self-register
Share the link with any Users who wish to self register. The link will be: https://<yourcompany name>.kallidus-suite.com/Recruit This will take the User to the Recruit user self-registration form.
The User experience is as follows:
- The User populates the registration form with their details
- The User then selects 'Create account'.
- A confirmation message will be displayed.
- The User will be logged into the User into the Recruit User/hiring manager portal, which will appear as a tab in the global navigation.
If your organisation has other Kallidus products, they will be automatically be logged in.
