In this article, we'll explain how to change the look and feel of Learn LMS to match your organisations brand. It's also possible to create multiple brands for your Learn LMS so that individual Users see different brands. This can be useful if your organisation includes several distinct businesses.
The option to change branding is available to Users with the LMS role 'LMS Administrator'.

Tips for updating images and colours
Before updating your brand, check with your marketing team or whoever owns your organisation's brand. They may have brand guidelines that determine the colour choices you make. Images can be SVG, PNG, or JPG files.
Note that Desktop images must be 250 x 80px. Mobile images must be 64x64 px
If your logo appears smaller than expected or looks off-centre, the image file may include extra space around the logo. Try cropping the image so that the logo fills the full area of the file:
In the first example below, the image has more space around the logo. The second image has no space around the logo:
Steps to brand Learn LMS to your organisation
- Browse to the 'Student' view of Learn LMS
- Select 'Branding' from the administration menu:
- Select an SVG, PNG, or JPG image for desktop and mobile view. Desktop images must be 250 x 80px. Mobile images must be 64x64 px):
- Select each of the colours and enter the preferred HEX value:
- Scroll down to view the live preview
- If everything looks ok, select 'Publish'. To abandon changes, select 'Cancel'. If published, the updates will be applied instantly:
