Recruit - Manually posting to a job board from Kallidus Recruit

Every vacancy added to Kallidus Recruit has its own unique candidate-facing vacancy detail pages (one for external applicants and one for internal applicants), with a button for candidates to apply.

Each vacancy details page has its own unique link, which can be copied and pasted manually when advertising the role on a job board.

Get the link from each vacancy by clicking 'Share this vacancy' in the vacancy options menu:

This brings up the vacancy sharing page. The links to your vacancy details page(s) are near the top:

When posting to an external job board, once you have pasted the job title and other details into your job board posting form, click the 'Copy link' icon.

Use CTRL-V to paste the copied link into the 'Apply link' box in your job board posting form.
