We’re excited to introduce the new homepage dashboard for Perform - a clear, engaging view of performance activity, all in one place.
The dashboard automatically adapts to your organisation’s configuration, displaying widgets based on the features you have enabled. Users will get quick visibility of objectives, development activities, and global goals, along with shortcuts to common actions.
Each user’s layout is tailored to your organisation’s setup, with up to four possible dashboard variations depending on which widgets are active. The manager’s name also appears in the top-right corner for easy reference.
When the dashboard goes live, no action is required for you or your learners. There are no functional changes, so there will be no impact on ongoing reviews or objectives.
Note: Review panels that appear at the top will not be displayed on the dashboard if a User currently has no reviews assigned.
