Your charts dashboard provides an instant set of reports which you can print to PDF.
- Get there in one click from your Kallidus Recruit homepage by scrolling down to the reports panel and clicking 'Charts'
- Right-click on any chart to output a PDF of the whole report with 'Print page'
....or hit the Reports tab from anywhere in the system and click 'Dashboard':
Filtering the Charts
The 'Preference' filter at the top-right of the screen works across the Charts dashboard. For example, you may have options such as 'All vacancies' and 'My vacancies', and possibly other filters based on your departments. Whatever you have selected here will also filter the data displayed in the charts.
Time period covered by the Charts
The default setting is "Past 30 days" - you can change this to 60 days, 90 days, or a custom range of any period up to 90 days.
Top section
The top section has 5 fixed tabs to show the general usage of the system:
- Candidate submissions (completed applications)
- Active vacancies
- Requisitions created (if you are using Kallidus Recruit for vacancy authorisation)
- Folder moves (shows volume of candidate status changes)
- User logins
The Charts
The first charts show some min, max and average time calculations:
- Time to interview
- Time to offer
- Time to hire
If you are using requisitions, the times are based on the date the requisition was first submitted by the hiring manager, through to candidates hitting the relevant statuses.
If you are not using requisitions, the start time is the date the vacancy was opened.
Check how well you are controlling agent usage, and internal mobility with the 'Candidates by type' chart - we have three core types - 'Direct', 'Internal' and 'Agent' - which are set based on the portal through which the candidate application was submitted.
Other key charts which may be displayed (depending on the configuration of your system) include diversity, top screeners, top agents and so on.
