How to find out what browser version you are using

To help resolve your query, the Support team may ask what browser version you are using. In this article, we'll share steps to find out the version of the browser you are using for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. 

Please note that Kallidus no longer support or develop our services to work in Internal Explorer 11 or legacy versions of Microsoft Edge. 

Chrome

1. Open a new browser window
2. Select the 3 dots in the top right of the window:
3. Hover over the Help option, and select About Google Chrome:
4. A separate window will open, showing your browser version:

Microsoft Edge

1. Open a new browser window
2. Select the 3 dots in the top right corner:
3. Hover over the Help and Feedback option and select About Microsoft Edge:

Firefox
