We have added the option to have the Off the Shelf refresher mode show the refresher dialogue only if a user has completed the course in question before.
This will affect any second completion of the course, whether or not the course is part of continuous accreditation. This option would suit setups where refresher behaviour is desirable, but going through the full course on the first completion is mandatory.
Existing users will not be affected without action, as this will be an entirely opt-in behaviour.
This feature is only available to customers using Kallidus Learn and is unavailable to use with other LMS providers.
Please contact the Kallidus Support team if you'd like to change the behaviour of your Off-the-shelf courses with this refresher feature.
