This article explains how the refresher mode appears to Users when using any mobile-friendly responsive Kallidus Course. This information can be useful for administrators to be aware of to help provide support and guidance to Users unfamiliar with how to use the Course and if they contact an administrator for help.
How refresher mode looks to Users
- When launching a Course, Users see the following message:
- Select No, and the User can view the Course material with no initial test
- Select Yes, and the User is taken to a short pre-course test which checks their knowledge to determine which sections of the Course need to be reviewed, for example:
- After completing the pre-course test, Users see details for any sections recommended for review:
- Where sections need review, the Course will recommend these to refresh knowledge before attempting the test again:
- When the pre-course test is passed, the results indicate that it has passed, and Users automatically pass the Course. They then don't need to review any Course material having demonstrated their knowledge:
