Off the Shelf - How to download certificates

We have released an update to all Kallidus Off the Shelf courses which has permanently turned off the ability to generate a PDF certificate directly from the course. This is so we can standardise our approach across multiple products and provide the best experience for our learners.

How to download or save a certificate

Classic courses:

1. If you have certificates enabled, select 'View Certificate' on the test menu screen.

2. This will open a window to view your certificate. Select 'Print' in the top left corner. 

3. Your browser will open the print options. Here, you can choose the destination, such as 'Save as PDF' or choose from a list of available printers for a physical copy. 

Responsive / Mobile-friendly courses:

1. If you have certificates enabled, select 'Get your certificate' on the test menu screen.

2. This will open a window to view your certificate. Select 'Print' in the bottom left corner. 

3. Your browser will open the print options. Here, you can choose the destination, such as 'Save as PDF' or choose from a list of available printers for a physical copy.
