This article outlines how to download a certificate for Off-the-shelf courses. By default, the direct generation of a PDF certificate from a course is disabled to maintain consistency across products and enhance the learning experience. Certificates become available only when enabled for a specific course.

Steps to view and save/print a certificate
- Browse to My Learning:
- Select Completed learning
- Select a completed Course
- Select View certificates:
- Select View certificate to view an individual certificate:
- Select the Download icon to save a copy of the certificate to a file location and select the required location from the pop-up device window that will appear:
- Select the Print icon if a printed copy of the certificate is required. However, please consider if an electronic version saved to a file location is acceptable and complies with any organisational guidelines regarding printing to minimize the environmental impact:

- Select Get your certificate on the test menu screen if certificates have been enabled:
- Select Print from the pop-up window displaying the certificate:
- Select Save as PDF to save a copy to your device if this is required or choose from a list of available printers for a physical copy:
