Why you might want to archive reviews
This might be necessary if, for example, your organisation has a policy to retain reviews for a specific number of years only. Archiving or deleting old reviews in bulk can help achieve this.
Why you might want to delete reviews
Bulk deletion has proven necessary in recent cases where reviews were assigned with incorrect questions in them. In such instances, swift removal is essential to prevent completion by a large number of users.
How to bulk archive and delete reviews
If you'd like us to bulk archive or delete reviews, please raise a support ticket in the usual way.
Please raise the ticket as soon as possible (especially for deletion) if you have assigned reviews with errors. We'll work with you to identify which reviews need to be deleted or archived
We recommend that you communicate with your people about this action, or there may be confusion about where a review has gone.
