Our Customer Support team has the capability to import historic reviews as PDF files for reference purposes. In this article, we'll set out the information that you'll need to share with us.
We will need:
- historic reviews, in PDF format
- a completed CSV to match the PDF to Users in Perform
Please securely provide us with a CSV with the following information:
RevieweeUserName, ReviewTemplateTitle,DueDate,PDFFileName
Dates should be entered in the format dd/mm/yyyy
Definition of each column:
| Field | Description |
| Reviewee UserName | The username of the person who review is to be assigned to |
| Review Template Title | The title of the template that the review will be matched to. The template must be the same for each review imported |
| DueDate | The due date for the review (in dd/mm/yyyy format) |
| PDFFileName | The file name of the PDF that is being imported for this user |
