Is there a limit on how many lessons I can tag using AI in one go?
Yes, currently. This is capped at 20 so we can monitor the feature's stability and speed. We will monitor this and look to increase later, with the aim of no limit.

Do I have to accept the AI recommendations?
No. Once the AI suggests relevant Skills, you can review them alongside the course title and description for additional context. You can easily remove any Skills that aren’t suitable or manually add any missing ones to ensure accuracy.
What data is the AI using to suggest Skills to tag a Lesson with?
We use the Lesson description. This means customers will get better results if they have better lesson descriptions. We do not scan the content itself.
What AI technology is being used?
We are using Azure open AI.
Is there a limit on how many Skills can be tagged to a Lesson?
No, there is no limit to the number of Skills you can tag a lesson with. However, best practice suggests keeping tags relevant - assigning too many can dilute accuracy and may require more ongoing maintenance.
Why must the AI feature be enabled before it can be used? Not all AI features require this
At a fundamental level, we need to pre-process AI-generated suggestions behind the scenes to enhance speed and efficiency. However, if this feature weren’t configurable, AI would be applied without the customer’s awareness, which would go against our Use of AI in Our Products policy.
Can learners search for content that has been tagged with a Skill?
Not yet. In the short term, as we introduce skill profiles, learners will be able to discover tagged content for their Skills directly from their profile page. We are actively monitoring feedback and will assess its priority alongside other skill-related feature requests.
Will Ai tagging assign duplicate Lessons to Users who already have them?
No. The tagging feature doesn’t affect actual lesson assignments. Existing assignments remain unchanged and won’t duplicate.
Can Competency Checks be tagged with Skills?
Yes, they're treated exactly the same as Lessons.
