If you have already defined some or all of the skills required for your organisation, you can import a list of Skills quickly via a CSV. In this article, we'll show you how. Note that it's also possible to use the Ai generator to create company-wide or job-specific skills.
A few things to know about importing your own Skills:
- You can run the import process as many times as you need
- Up to 1000 skills can be imported each time
- You can still use the AI Skills generator if you manually upload Skills
- Skills you don't need can be deleted
Steps below to import your own Skills:
- Browse to Learn Admin
- Select Skills from the top navigation
- Select Import:
- Select Upload file and select your CSV of Skills:
- You will see your uploaded file in the uploader, and you can remove and select another if you wish:
- Select Import Skills, and you will get a confirmation message. Your Skills are now ready.
Important: Currently, Skills are not available in translated formats and must be entered in UK English. Support for all languages available in Learn is on our roadmap for future updates.
