Recruit - Self-service - update media sources, departments and email templates

Basic configuration tasks in Kallidus Recruit are available for Super users to complete themselves. Examples include:

• 'Application form lists' such as media sources
• 'Classifiers' such as Departments or Locations
• Email templates

Self-service is available via the Settings menu. Click your profile icon at the top-right of the screen, and click 'Settings'. There are quite a few options available, most of which should be self-explanatory.

For example, if you want to add or edit media source options, click Settings -> Application form lists, then click 'Edit items' against the list you want to edit.

Please note, if a colleague or the Kallidus team is already making changes, self-service will be blocked until the changes have been published. You'll see a message like this:

Occasionally self-service may be blocked inadvertently, please submit a ticket if you have urgent changes to make, and we can clear this for you.
